Description:

Rebalances several PMs to not be so atrocious.

PM Changes
  1. Rayon PM for Synthetics factory was changed to require less wood input and less lost dye production. This should balance the numbers a bit since dyes and silk are the same base cost, so it’s now less of a strict downgrade
  2. Automobiles PM was changed to require less engines lost production, and less oil for more cars
  3. Urban centers had covered markets and arcades PMs lower the input good cost in the hope of making them a bit more competitive
  4. Powerplants now require a bit less engines input and are faster to build (same as light industry). Also lowered the workforce for the more advanced PMs
  5. Urban transport PMs now produce more transportation, motor carriages now produce much more transportation, more in line with their cost
  6. Ports now produce more convoys ~double so you don’t have to max them out in every state just to be at deficit
  7. Oil buildings now produce more oil, but use much more engines to compensate, (possibly too profitable)
  8. Chainsaws for forestry now use less tools and less oil
  9. Railways produce more transportation and also have less workers for the better PMs. Also made them build faster (same as light industry)
  10. Halved the cost of making barracks and naval bases

Needs Changes
  • Rebalanced basic food so that more meat, fish and fruit are consumed
  • Nerfed Paper and Glass weights for household items need
  • Readded services for free_movement and communication needs, to buff UC more
  • Rebalanced Luxury food to deprioritize groceries a bit allowing for more meat and fruit demand, also added slight sugar need

Building Changes
  • Railways and Power Plants now need much less construction, same as light industry rather than heavy industry
  • Barracks and Naval Bases now build 2x faster which may help out AI and revolutions a bit as well as be less annoying to transition to better ships.

Compatibility

Likely will not be compatible with mods that add new goods, or new PMs to the changed buildings
