Lothern Yellow & Red

Gave Lothern the Eataine colours of Yellow n Red! For glorious Finubar!
It also gives them the Eataine banner. The High Elf Intervention now has the Lothern banner and colours to keep the two visually distinct, too.
Compatible with everything that doesn’t change specifically the Lothern ‘Eataine’ entries in the "faction_banners_tables", "faction_uniform_colours_tables" and "faction_tables" sections of the data.pack
Literally anything else – even mods that modify different factions’ entries in those tables – will work with this.
