Easy Prisoner Recruitment Mod v1.1
I didn’t like using the other recruit prisoners mod due to some of the recruitments being a bit rediculous. Why should I have to coax a prisoner whose life is already in my hands into joining me? I have a simple mathematical solution: X-Y=Z (X = Number of prisoners I have; Y = Number of prisoners who join me; Z = Number of prisoners left over after peeling the ones who refused to join). You can recruit pretty much anyone(of value and that makes canonical sense).
