Description:

A mod that lowers forcelimit and manpower similar to the Responsible Warfare mod by Zemurin.

Currently updated for 1.36.2

Stuff that was changed:
– Most events and missions related to manpower and forcelimit I could find, let me know if you find something that needs adjustment.
– Age objectives.
– Hegemon requirements.
– Ferocity doesn’t give natives any damage bonus so dwarves don’t get obliterated until tech 5.
– Nerfed battlemages to still be strong, but they aren’t the completely unstoppable force as before (in theory, let me know if you see a nation with vanilla one).
– Buffed dwarf modifier to make early game playable.
– Mercs are weird to balance, I don’t use them as much as I should so idk how balanced they are for players.
– Quantity ideas give flat 5 Forcelimit per age, Offensive ideas give morale damage instead of Force Limit.

Compared to Responsible Warfare this mod doesn’t:
– Give you forcelimit when hiring mercs (mercs are weird and hard to adjust without vanilla values).
– Add modifiers related to your manpower level.
