Port Lime – Ottomans Rework
Reworks the Ottoman Civilization because I found it both inadequate and prone to a lot of long-disproven tropes and bad history. The Ottomans were more than just conquerors, after all – they wouldn’t have lasted as long if they were. Instead, they were capable conquerors who then managed the rich and pious lands they dominated with an incredible bureaucracy. Also, some rebalances have been done, and the Barbary Corsair has been given to the brand new Tunis city-state.
