1975 Autocar A64B SR Zeke’s Trash & Garbage Removal (Maximum Overdrive)
This truck was leased from Velocity Truck Dealers/Triple-T, and the only mod it was really given was that it had "Zeke’s" painted on it’s cab doors. Most of the trucks used in this film were in terrible condition and that’s why they were able to completely destroy them for stunts. It can be assumed this truck was disposed of after filming, but it seems to have survived. A Triple-T location off of I-40 North of Wilmington is located next to a junkyard, and an old red tractor with visible hood and engine damage can be seen on Google Maps from the road. I am certain that this is in fact that truck, a Ford LT-Series dump truck resembling the one also used can also be seen next to it. If anyone is able to, someone should go out to that junkyard and see if this is the Autocar itself, if not, then said person can visit the other locations instead.
