Mechanite infections can heal permanent wounds.
Technical Details
This mod uses a single PatchOperationAdd to add the HealsPermanentWounds comp from Luciferium to the MechanitesBase abstract def. As such it should affect any additional mechanite infections added by other mods as long as they inherit from this base.
Why did I make this mod?
The only way to heal scars is with luciferium, which — while powerful — may be an investment not all colonies can afford. Mechanite infections are still mechanites with a mixed bag of positive and negative effects so it seemed only appropriate to let them do as luciferium does.
Plus, seriously, how has no one made this yet? It seems so obvious!
