If adjacent to freshwater finishes turn, recover health. +5 if it is a Corps or Army. Can escort moving civilian and support units at their higher Movement speed, provides ranged unit +1 attack range within 2 tiles.
Aserai ancient era unique ranged unit replaces Archer, upgrade to Field Cannon. Have a powerful ranged 1 attack, with higher movement.After unlocking "Machinery" technology, the strength is increased, and every 1 point of remaining movement power is converted into 2 combat power.
Aserai unique district replaces government plaza, unlocked by writing and has a lower cost. Provide a large adjacent bonuses instead of standard ones. The great prophet can establish religion here.
Ability: Blade of Tebbad When a city has 4 districts, grant a Governor Title. All units in desert tile +1 movement while civilian units +1 extra. When a city with governor who has been promoted at least 4/6 times trains a cavalry unit, increase its formation to Corps/ Army.
