Mod reuploaded due to PC shenanigans
Changes to Infantry:
-really high defense, low attack
-Irregulars have high morale recovery but lose morale fast
-removed province capture rate
-new offensive-minded infantry units (air-mobile infantry)
Changes to Artillery:
-high attack, low defense
-kill rate, morale damage, and devastation values raised to vanilla end-game levels; goes up from there
-early tech artillery will slow down the army; debuff less powerful as tech increases
-removed warplanes from upkeep
-added debuff to province capture rate
Changes to Aircraft:
-starts with low attack and high defense; ends with highest of both values
-upkeep cost x10
-gains kill rate, morale damage, and devastation as tech increases
-removed province capture rate
Changes to Capital ships:
-increased upkeep cost by 10X
Changes to Carriers:
-increased upkeep cost by 500X
-huge attack and defense; the only way to kill carriers is to have carriers
increased the cost of warplanes, warships, and advanced weapons
Theory behind changes:
-I want to give low tech and poor countries a real fighting chance while using only infantry
-Artillery heavy armies will dominate offensively in the early game but lose their premier position to aircraft around the 1980s, 2000s.
-Aircraft are a premium unit type that only rich countries can afford in numbers.
