Step 1:
Activate the Sky Anchor (V key by default) to generate solar power.

Step 2:
Activate the Explosion Bolt (X key by default) to detach the fuel.

Step 3:
After feeding the fuel into the disintegrator, release the anchor and you are ready for battle!
