Description:

• Allow human players to choose resolutions proposed in the World Congress.
• Adds 2 new options to the Advanced Options of the create game screen:
  Ignore Era Limit Ignores the era limits of the World Congress resolutions.
  Enable Unused Resolutions Enables 4 unused World Congress resolutions.
• A new game needs to be created for the mod to take effect. If you wish to apply it to an old save, please open the "ChoosableCongressResolutions.modinfo" file located in the directory "SteamLibrarysteamappsworkshopcontent2890703182849533" and change the number 1 on line 10 to 0 (this modification may cause the game to crash).
