Unit Tier Bonus Flattening and Cost Spiking

Description:

This mod reduces the strength disaparity between unit tiers while increasing their cost, making it so lower tier units can scale into the game.

Details:

-Tier 1 and 2s are more tanky than previously.
-Tier 3 approximately the same tankiness
-Tier 4s and 5s less tanky than before
-Status Effect Resistance slashed across the board, being only 2, 3, and 4 at tiers 3, 4 and 5 respectively.

New maintenance costs are nearly exponential:

-8 for tier 1 (unchanged)
-16 for tier 2
-32 for tier 3
-60 for tier 4
-100 for tier 5

I also reclassified many mythic units so that they can benefit from empire upgrades and fit into your strategy better, which should be balanced since they are no longer such stat sticks. Let me know if there is a mythic/enchantment combo that breaks the game or something,

Also, draft and summon casting points costs have been approximately doubled, making draft a more valuable resource. The draft difference between units tagged as cheap (such as Feudal Pikemen) and units tagged as expensive has also been increased, making it so these units have greater niches in a production economy.

Patch Note Jan 20 2024: Necromancer draft costs brought more in line with other changes.

Patch Note February 3 2024: Strategic Summon Casting Points Costs now doubled to be in line with the increased draft costs.
