Alien Mortar
"Mortars" are ancient biomechanical robots that are contained within drop pods that have been travelling across the universe for God knows how much time, it is unknown who, why, when, where and even how they did this, it is also unknown if they were intentionally sent to the places they land into, as they have landed some times on earth and it’s nearby planets and solar systems, even in another galaxies after exploration proves were teleported there and found mortars. They basically just appear randomly througout the universe, fall from the skies then kill whatever is on the vecinity before getting killed by the local military or law enforcement, kinda like a mini boss when you think about it.
Their weaponry is very simple, like their name suggests, they fire mortar-like explosives for supressing fire, they have energy sphere launchers and they also have sirens in the lower part of their bodies to alert any nearby mortar and to scare off the local lifeforms.
Remember to spawn them in high spots of the map.
