Description:

Kragg’s old and withered grandpa finally decided to stop living under a rock.

This is Rakugaki! An in-game recolor of Kragg with an edited and re-arranged moveset. He’s a little slower in movement stats, but the old man still knows his stuff.

Here’s all of the changes in non-specific detail !

Rakugaki trades a single big double-jump for two, smaller double-jumps. Their total jump height is about the same, but Rakugaki has those old trusty beetle wings.

JAB is now a 2-Hit combo instead of a 3-Hit.
FTilt now braces for impact, giving Rakugaki brief super armor before the swing.
UTilt scoops infront of Rakugaki instead of behind him using his big ol horn.
DTilt slams the ground, which gently spikes aerial foes and bounces grounded foes. Use repeatedly to be funny.

DAttack is a tactical roll, which is good for getting combos going!
FStrong is slower, but is slightly stronger and gives you a bigger shove on the swing.
UStrong is a big punch ala Up Air. It shoves you forward a bit as well
DStrong is unchanged.

NAir now functions like a traditional Neutral Air, specifically akin to Donkey Kong. It’s quick, it’s strong, it’s late hit can combo.
FAir lingers much longer and trades knockback for combo potential. It ends early if you hit!
DAir hits slightly behind Rakugaki instead of slightly infront. Otherwise identical!
BAir is Kragg’s FAir! It’s just as strong as you remember, it’s just behind him.
UAir is unchanged. funny punch go weeee

NSpecial is unchanged. It’s good ol’ rock, just as he taught Kragg.

FSpecial is now a lunching grab! It’ll slam anyone you grab into the floor (and if there isn’t a floor, he makes one!), and can also vault off of objects like bubbles, crystals and even his own rocks! It’s great for combos, followups, the works. Old man’s got the moves

USpecial is the spinning spikeball! That’s right, Rakugaki has no pillar to save him. He’ll spin into the air for a flurry of multi-hits, ending quite powerfully. It’s not the best for recovery (minus the super armor, of course,) but it packs a wallop.

Grounded DSpecial lacks the spikes like Kragg’s does, but has lots of armor and stuns anyone who dare match their forehead against Rakugaki’s. You can follow up with a quick Strong, or set up for some combos if you’d like. Parry > DSpec > UStrong is very funny to me. Aerial version is the same as Kragg!

Rune E (DSpecial has more knockback) has more stun on grounded version instead of knockback.
Rune I (DSpecial creates more spikes) creates a massive, screen-sized shockwave that stuns anyone on the ground.
Rune M (All DSpecial spikes appear at once) cuts the startup of DSpecial significantly.
Every other rune works as you’d expect! Or maybe they’re funnier than you expect. I think they’re pretty funny

I am not good at pixel art so this is visually just a recolor, sorry ! But I hope you have fun with him! I wanted to just make a character for fun and I thought a skin would be a good way to do that
Take care !
