Slavic Elective
Adds a cultural tradition that functions as a combination of the "Ting-Meet," "Collective Lands," and "Republican Legacy" traditions, albeit without enabling Pike Columns as that last one does. By default, the Polabian and Polish cultures start with it, but any culture with the West, East, or South Slavic Heritages can select it.
Additionally, not only does this mod require "Ethicities and Portraits Expanded" and "Baptism of the Rus," but it also functions as a compatability patch for the two of them.
