High Inquisitor Seta assault fix
A simple patch to prevent the game from appointing Seta to lead Holy Nation assaults when he is imprisoned. I couldn’t find any other patches for this.
In the vanilla game, there are various assaults which can only trigger if Seta is dead or in prison. However, he is also mistakenly listed as the leader of those assaults, taking priority over Valtena. This causes the game to choose him as the war leader and spawn a Holy Nation assault team on his position, even inside whichever enemy prison he is locked up at. The only fix in vanilla is to ensure he is dead.
I briefly looked through the references to both Seta and Valtena in order to fix this oversight and make sure a dead/imprisoned High Inquisitor cannot be chosen as war leader for assaults based on that condition. If I missed one, do let me know!
