VScript Talker for Cold Front
Some of Bill’s voicelines may play from Mike for now.
Porting over the talker from Cold Front to VScript, to get around issues with talker files being janky in loading and prone to being overridden by people’s talker mods.
Cold Front campaign is required, otherwise this does nothing.
