This mod is made as a proof of concept. After subscribing and downloading, just search for "#MVCMod Change this to any cooldown you want." in its file. You’ll find 2 of them, just change it to what ever you like. P.S. Don’t use both mods at the same time. Also, don’t expect an update. Not that it will be needed anyway. Paradox hardly ever updates this file.
