自用：perfect accident
Tired of using the saving/loading trick to get a successful Arrange Accident. Now just assume our elite secret police always perform perfectly to send the troublesome guys to another dimension.
This is but a cheating button for now and I’m considering making a more balanced and flavored version in the future. Any help or tutorials about how to make Vic3 mods is welcome.
