Deutscher Bund
The mod offers you the opportunity to found the German Confederation earlier than its historical model.
From ADM Tech 13 or ADM Tech 7 with a dip. Rep. Advisor or a Relationship Improvement Advisor or a ruler with DIP 4 will fire an event which unlocks the possibility of founding the German Confederation.
What does the mod do?
-A new subject type the "Bundesmitglied"
-it can only be established by diplomacy and wont join your offensive wars and also not your defensive wars unless
you are the defensive leader.
-cannot be integrated (only via the formation of the german Empire)
-they can leave the Confederacy if their liberty desire is to high or their opinion is to low
-New government mechanics wich are trying to simulate the reform from uncentralized state to a centralized.
-Unlock 6 Reforms to be able to form the German Empire with strong bonuses (I recomed playing with prussia)
– A new imperial incident revolving around the increasing strength of the Confederacy
