Hotshot’s – Automatic Tank Filling 2024
UPDATE: 4/8/2024: I added some pictures.
Was difficult to find a Workshop program that was simple and didn’t blow up my tanks or pipes. So I ended up writing my own, also doesn’t need a pipe analyzer. This doesn’t check gas type or gas in the placed canister.
Just a simple one to one fill of the placed canister with supplied gas so you’ll need to pre-filter the gas as necessary. The light is to let you know when it is okay to remove the canister. Red bad / Green good.
Item Requirements:
1 – IC Housing
1 – IC10 Program Chip
1 – Volume Turbo Pump
1 – Gas Storage Canister
1 – LED Light
The codes have min, max and overfilled settings to help regulate.
You’ll need to set the following on the IC Housing.
d0 = Turbo Volume Pump
d1 = Gas Canister Storage
d2 = LED Light
NOTES:When placing the Turbo pump, be sure to place it where the green arrow on the pump starts facing toward the gas canister storage. It changes direction to pull gas from the tank if it hits the overfill max value.
