Steel Blue Nocturne – The Last Stand Color Correction
This is a very subtle blue color correction for The Last Stand. It gets rid of the drab, dark greys of the original look but doesn’t overcompensate with an abundance of blue overtones. To me it looks extremely close to the original Death Toll campaign, and in my opinion is probably the atmosphere that Valve themselves would have gone with. At this point I think this is my best color correction and greatly elevates the campaign. I would encourage everyone to at least give it a try.
This will only affect The Last Stand. It may unintentionally affect some custom campaigns that use The Last Stand’s color correction. I can’t help that. This was also tested with and designed for the default skybox. It may not look good with custom skyboxes.
