Currently power is a local good, so keeping it at low price require a lot of micro. In theory autoexpand should help, but in actuallity, it doesn’t work
How this mod works
Simple change really, power plant now will expand when occupancy is greater then 80% AND local power price is higher then 20% of base cost.
