Town Growth Increase
The goal of the mod is to provide towns with a bit more growth. Growth has been added to farms and has been increased for ports a bit in general.
Specialty regions now also provide growth.
Growth has been increased from Nanban trade port and Nanban Quarters, and it has been decreased a bit for the market chain. I think of the two chains, the nanban ports should provide the most growth.
