MEIOU – Graphics Minimalistic Improvements
This is a MEIOU compatible version of the original mod found here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3035058405.
It adjusts the water colors to fit the athestetic and makes sure the map changes in MEIOU fit well with the mod.
This mod does require MEIOU 3.0 to function correctly, using this with vanilla will look weird. You can use the original for non-edited EU4 maps.
