Capstone International is a Private Military Company based in Virginia, USA, and is one of the biggest private military firms in the world. Filled with US SOF combat veterans and advisors, they are highly publicized due to their large presence in most corners of the world. They are hired by Monarchies and Failed States for recruiting, training, and deploying their armies. Serving as the BLUFOR faction in this mod, Capstone will be the regular Western PMC faction.
The Al-Thawra Brigade, or the Revolution Brigade, is an independent non-state actor in a middle eastern nation plagued with civil war. Mostly comprised of local militia and embedded within the population, they’re a formidable threat for any entity attempting to puppeteer the nation, as they are not aligned with any global superpower, and are seeking for their nation’s freedom and independence. They take the INDEP faction, and you’re free to align them with any of the two other factions.
"Red Wolf Security" was formed right after the end of the Soviet Union, and is one of the first post-Cold War private military entities to exist. However, their operations, contracts, and clients remain a secret. Once thought to be Russia’s private army, they prove they are an independent company within the industry. Mainly hiring from post-Soviet nations and Russian war veterans, and supplied by their extremely rich secretive clients, they are one of the largest PMC’s and a direct counterpart to Capstone. An OPFOR faction that is made polar opposite to the BLUFOR faction.
Two factions, the ALF and the PRA, has been in war since the early 2020’s. Two failed states, battling each other for the same purpose: taking the precious large amounts of oil in the country. The ALF was once the government’s official military, backed by western investors. but since the beginning of the civil war and after the government was exiled, the ALF continues to be supported by western investors and hired Capstone to aid them in their war efforts. On the other hand, the PRA, a separatist militia that has long been suspected of being an eastern proxy, are opposing the ALF’s rules over the country. They’re rumoured to be backed by Red Wolf Security members, with legitimate proof.
