This is a Japanese MOD of the character "Rom" that appears in the game "Neptunia Series".
She excels at religious victories, but is also strong in culture.
She is shy, timid and somewhat shy. Her true identity is White Sister Rom, a candidate for the goddess of Lowee.
The MOD creator is active on Twitter, Nico Nico Douga, etc. as "bizark22".

文明「ルウィー文明」。リーダー「ロム」。ゲーム「ネプテューヌ　シリーズ」より。日本語(Japanese)対応。bizark22作。

ゲーム「ネプテューヌシリーズ」に登場するキャラクター「ロム」の日本語版MODです。
宗教勝利を得意としつつ、文化にも強いです。
内気で臆病な性格で、やや人見知り気味。その正体はルウィーの女神候補生ホワイトシスター・ロム。
MOD制作者は「bizark22」としてTwitter、ニコニコ動画等で活動。
