udk Cheat: Scrollable 36 Idea Slots for Everyone
This mod makes it possible have 36 idea Slots for ALL governments and make it scroll-able in both Overview and Diplomacy tabs.
This is a Cheat Mod. Albeit, to make it more fair, one that gives cheat to AI as well.

This Mod is for Imperator: Rome 2.0.4, however it would work for all 2.0 versions as long as modified things doesn’t get changed with future updates.
