Custom Duchies and Lower Costs

I really like the custom kingdoms and empires that the Charlemagne DLC introduced, but the costs of creating them are a bit high in my opinion. Also, why not do the same with duchies?
So this mod does the following:
– Adds create-able custom duchy titles
– Makes existing custom title decisions cheaper but not too cheap

Requirements:
Charlemagne DLC (without it you won’t get the custom title decisions)
Details:
Duchy Requirements:
Prestige 100+
Wealth 150
Either Realm Size 10 or 3 Counties
New Kingdom Requirements:
Prestige 500+ (Down from 1000+)
Wealth 300
Either Realm Size 35 or 2 duchies (Down from 3 duchies)
New Empire Requirements:
Prestige 2000+ (Down from 8000+)
Wealth 500 (Down from 1000)
Either Realm Size 100 or 2 Kingdoms (Down from 180 / 3 kingdoms)
Compatibility:
It is incompatible with other mods that edit realm_decisions.txt. It should be compatible with absolutely everything else!
