Spectral Remastered

This sprite aims to resprite all Spectre related items into Spectral items, as seen on the 3DS.
This pack turns all things related to Spectre armor and tools, and turns them into Spectral items. Instead of just brining back the armor set, I also took the liberty of revamping these sets.
