My English skill is not good.

Civilization + Leader ‘Seika Kyomachi’. VOICEROID civilization.

I corresponded to "Gathering Storm".

"Rise and Fall" and "Gathering Storm" are necessary. You can not play with standard rules.

Because it is a powerful MOD, it may be good to use it with other VOICEROID civilization to balance and play.

Besides scientific power, there are bonuses to productivity and culture etc. I am the best at science victory.

The picture of the leader is "Mr. Tashikana Manzoku" ‘s work.
