Original civilization "Zunko Touhoku empire". Leader "Zunko Touhoku". VOICEROID civilization. English correspondence.
Performance specialized for cultural victory. Masterpiece, treasure, heritage, seaside resort, computer research and so on.

Because it is a powerful MOD, it may be good to use it with other VOICEROID civilization to balance and play.
