Description:

Generally it allows most ballistic weapon from Fallout to have bullet case ejection.

Detailedly it fixes the code to allow bullet case and fix the trajectory of bullet case ejection of each gun to be appropriate.

For example:
Bullet case eject toward the top for : 9mm smg, chinese pistol, etc.
Bullet case eject toward the right for : 10mm smg, hunting shotgun, minigun. etc.

Weapons that do not have shell or bullet casing: laser-related, plasma-related, grenade rifle, grenade machinegun.
