Teleporter for Peacekeeper Station

There is now a teleporter at Peacekeeper Station. You will still need to travel the old-fashioned way when you upgrade the station, I think. And I’ve only been able to test it at the first station.
Also, this overrides the entire dungeon since I don’t know how to do patches in Tiled, so it’ll conflict with anything that touches Peacekeeper Station.

Due to the nature of the Peacekeeper Station, this is kind of a pain to test. If you have any information regarding oddities or anomalies with this mod, letting me know in the comments is appreciated.
