Description:

Chaos Industries Present: The Shrine.

Last night I had an odd dream.

It started simple, a field of grass, a hill and on that hill, a neolithic structure. Simple.

Then I looked around me. It looked eerily similar to Earth. Except the land was covered in trees, everywhere I looked. I approached the structure, it was a shrine of sorts with rings of pebbles around it, each ring was bigger than the last extending outward. I looked up in the sky and saw the Moon and Eleven Suns. The Moon was awfully close to this planet, but I didn’t question it. The shrine had people kneeling down, this group of people weren’t reacting to anything but the shrine. For whatever reason, I also knelt down.

What I saw next was… pretty incredible. The world around me moved at an unfathomable pace. A city was being built around this structure in super speed. People were living and dying in milliseconds. But I, the Shrine and the praying people were unchanged. Completely unchanged. I looked up again at the Moon, and saw it had become some sort of volcanic planet with a ring of rocks and six large satelites that lined the north and south poles. Then my perspective zoomed out into space.

I saw ten suns orbiting one very large Main Sequence star. Then my perspective zoomed into one of the Suns. It turned out that each sun had its very own solar system, making this massive system into some sort of Solar System of Solar Systems. Each of these Solar Systems (I am repeating a lot, apologies) had a several planets, and each of these planets had their very own… Space Station? Like the Star Trek Federation Starbases. It was mind-blowing. They were all damaged beyond reckoning… Until they began repairing themselves in this super speed. I saw massive engines behind them too.

My perspective was pulled back to ‘Earth’ where it felt as if Space itself was folding and breaking. Then it ended, unfortunately.
