Description:

Fixes some of the gameplay issues present in Thrones of Decay.

• Max infections from battle rewards increased from 37 to 200.

• Age of Reckoning
  
  • Settlements which are not in regions adjacent to the player are ignored.
  • Military forces which are not in regions adjacent to the player are ignored.
  • Reduced severity of all debuffs from 1st bracket (Elgi).
  • Reduced severity of upkeep debuff from 2nd bracket (Skruff).
  • Removed growth and public order penalties from 2nd bracket.
  • Timer increased from 10 to 15 turns.

This should greatly reduce the overtuned scaling of grudges required as the game progresses.
