A TALE OF TWO BROTHERS V – VAGABONDS
After the massacre in the cellar the situation became impossible, you had to leave or be lynched by your former workers. The foreman did not understand the situation he had been in and turned against you when he saw the cost of his freedom.
The two of you are in a miserable state as everything you once cherished is gone, in what felt like a blink of an eye it was all ripped away from you. You hope to make it to another settlement of westerners to the north, but it is far away and you are walking without much of supplies. You suspect that you are followed by the remaining Mujaheddin and inhabitants of your land who wants to avenge their lost friends. Or maybe they just see an opportunity to kill westerners.
Fortuna smiles upon when you spot a tanker making slow progress through a flooded part of an old residential area. You prowl the vehicle and observe the men flanking the vehicle search through the long abandoned structures for any scraps that still remain inside. If you are to stand any chance of making it to the settlements to the north you need that vehicle. A working vehicle is a very rare sight, especielly in this region. Don’t let this opportunity slip away.
