[WOTC] Psionics Ex Machina MELD Standalone

By popular request, MELD, from Psionics Ex Machina as a standalone resource item.

This mod also sets a POI Reward and a Covert Action as a means to obtain the MELD.
These can be turned off in the config, but default to ON.
Further sources of MELD such as loot drops, must come from whatever mod is reliant on this one.

This mod makes ZERO actual use of the MELD resource item.
It exists as an alternative to the FULL Psionics Ex Machina project, for use by other modders.
Adjustments to costs, etc, must come from whatever mod is reliant on this one.

• NEW Resource: Crystallised Inert MELD
• MELD Gathering POI and Covert Action

Should work with Psionics Ex Machina and Meld for LWotC
But you really only need one source of the MELD item.
I suggest only using one.

Highly advisable to pair with Stukov’s MELD Cannisters
Also works nicely for Stukov’s GENE Mods and other like minded mods.
