No man under the command of the all powerful player should fear any scenario or any enemy

AI armies shouldn’t be affected, they will still retreat when they see that resistance is futile
Should be save game compatible
I made this mod for when I like to cheese it a little in my Hunnic Overhaul mod, no hun should fear anybody, it is everybody else who should fear the huns
