Changes captain spawn chance from 35% to 65% (think of it like flipping the spawn chance, instead of a 35% chance to spawn a captain it’s a 35% chance that one won’t spawn).

Want guaranteed captain spawns in every station? Use More Captain Spawns (100% chance)!
