Where can I find the jacket?

The jacket can be found inside wardrobes, clothing shops and lockers. If you want you can wear it from the start by using the mod "Fashion Montage – Begin with any outfit". You can find it inside the "Jacket" tab in character creation by the name "Rick’s Season 2 Jacket"!

Is it possible to open the jacket?

Yes, the jacket can be worn in two different ways, open jacket or closed jacket!
