Sharing my (WIP) configs for my collection (see above) to increase support for languages other than English

Do not send me messages like "Ukrainians don’t speak Russian" or "Indian is not a language". The intended audience are English speakers who aren’t native speakers of non-English languages.
The "languages" here do not represent reality and are a shortcoming of a general lack of non-English voice packs. If you feel so strongly about these issues feel free to upload a voice pack so I can amend the issues; or just don’t use or download that voice pack.
I’d like to remind everyone that the primary goal of these configs is to decrease the amount soldiers speaking American/European English and to increase variety in XCom’s soldiers.
