World Map – 1919 Puppet Colonies
This is a 1919 world map with all the various colonies and territories using the new puppets feature, meaning its now actually possible for these colonies to rebel and operate semi independently sorta like how real colonies worked.
Also this is during the russian revolution, right after ww1, and china is fractured so basically the map is crazy.
Capitals are likely not in the exact right spots but they are close, the many maps online of 1919 empires are somewhat conflicting but from the multiple maps i looked at i tried my best to get the correct borders and I think they are accurate.
