Malta Rework
Finally, one of the rarest nations in the game has finally been given some attention!
This mod adds a core to Malta from the start of the game and gives them a set of
unique National Ideas, which are a mix between the Knights and Italy’s ideas.
This mod ONLY gives Malta a core at the beginning, they still need to be released in some way.
Most likely incompatible with any other mods that modifies National Ideas.
