Changed the movements to be more like a pilot.
Hover bug fixed.
Add icons and Gadget cloak, phase shift.
Clock and phase shift have cooldowns.
Clock duration displayed in UI.

Ready to fire added. When activated, she goes into a shooting stance. Shooting stance skills have not been added yet. Do not press.
