Description:

I doubt I’ll make a video showcase since no one even watches them. My first version of the mod has 11+k viewers and roughly 100 people watched the video, 1 person out of 100. I don’t want to waste my time for such ratio
After countless hours of suffering, 11 years since FOTS release, someone finally (me) released the mod, that fixes any field musicians bugs (most notably trumpet) dead. You can’t even imagine how exhausting it was, this game is so bugged and hardcoded simultaneously so a lot of sacrifices had to be made. I doubt, that this mod is compatible with literally anything, but the good news is, that you can ask authors of your favourite mods to rebuild their mods on my mod and they won’t have any problems with any possible sound bugs if they do it right.

As an added bonus, I made Matchlock Warrior Monks available for Uesugi clan and fixed some other stuff like tokugawa and hattori ninja stuff (I don’t remember whose stats I used, so if you recognize it as part of your mod, tell me so, I’ll credit you). Also Portuguese Tercos finally speak portuguese and there is an option to add portuguese voices for Portugal mods

Due to Steam Workshop’s max file size limitations, I had to divide control files from the custom sound files I made. So here is the link to them https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d2lIYREhHTXX1SEcpCdeG1jgS0Xe2Xjm/view?usp=sharing Put this .pack to your shogun’s data folder located wherever you have your Steam client installed (smth:smthSteamsteamappscommonTotal War SHOGUN 2data)
In your mod manager you have to activate 3 files:
This one (the_real_sound_fix_int.pack)
Sound files (the_real_sound_fix_sounds.pack)
And the corresponding pack to your active game localisation (the_real_sound_fix_rus/ger/fra/esp/ita/cze/pol.pack)
