Shattered World – Every state a country – NO carryover buildings
This removes all buildings the states have in Vanilla.
I also downgraded:
– the construction sectors at start from 3 to 0.
– the barracks from 25 to 5.
Because the AI would not be able to maintain these otherwise.
Beware that this will probably delay their aggression.
IMPORTANT:
Put this after the original mod in the load order as this is a patch mod that overwrites just a single file.
You still need the main mod!
