This is an modified version of Azad’s mh-6-helicopters mod which I manage to updated and using it for personal use when I started modding Call to Arms back on April. I decided to uploaded it to help out Azad and also for those who couldn’t play it due to not being updated because there is a couple of bugs here and there that were crashing the game a lot of the time. So it wasn’t a "quick fix" by just changing the minGameVersion to current Call to Arms which at the moment is v1.228.0.

Main Changes:

– Fixed most of the errors that prevent you from playing by updating the .def files of each three helicopters code to recent version of the game.
– Added these helicopters into skirmish (usa by default).
– Added images for both mh6 except for the uh-60.

Requirement:

There is no requirement to use "Azad’s MH-6 Helicopters" mod.

Known issues:

– The uh-60 propellers does not move when spawning them both ingame/skirmish and editor.
– While being in direct control mode, in "first person" view specific, the helicopter itself doesn’t rotate to where you are aiming at.

Incompatibilities:

Any mod that changes the common.set file will conflict with this mod.

Is there any alternative solution? Sort of… It really depends on a case by case basis to be honest. If the other mod you want to pair with doesn’t heavily change much but it does change the common.set file to add a new entity or vehicle, then you can add this line of code/script in their common.set file. That way the game reads both set files without problems.

code/script here –> (include "vehicles_mh6.set")

Future plans:

– None, other than keep it updated and also trying to fix small issues if I can. My main priority was to make this mod in a playable state.
