The surrender of Ottawa to a bird claimin’ she’s the ruddy reincarnation of the Queen of Britain sparks fervent argy-bargy and chinwag, splittin’ the folks into factions of doubters and believers. While some call her a blaggin’ faker takin’ advantage of the city’s trust, others reckon she’s beyond human limits, her origins a proper mystery.
