• Spawns an item from the current room’s item pool. 10% chance for Lil Delirium instead.
• Randomly grants or removes Broken Hearts, sometimes removing heart containers or hearts the way Magic Skin does. Statistically gives more Broken Hearts than it removes.
• Replaces future items with itself if not held, +5% chance per use. The chance won’t get lowered no matter if it already exists on the floor. Once you use it, you have to commit.
• 1 in 12 chance to kill you when playing as The Lost.

I made this mod because I thought Magic Skin could be even more chaotic. With this, you can either get 100 items or you die before you can even get your 5th one. so yeah have fun
